Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. stands behind its products. If, for any reason within 30 days of invoice date, you are less than 100% satisfied with a standard stock item you have purchased from AbsoluteSci.Com, you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges)*. If your return is a result of our error we will also refund your shipping charge. Returns must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Custom orders and non-standard stock items are non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Customers are responsible for damaged shipment claims; we recommend claims be filed immediately with the carrier.

Prices: Prices displayed in this site are current at the time of entry and may change without prior notice. You will be invoiced at the prices prevailing when we receive your order. Call us at any time for current prices.

Terms: Payments by credit card are available on line. Net 30 days terms on domestic accounts are available on approved credit. Individual invoices, net thirty (30) days from date of invoice; summary invoices, if any, will be due as agreed. Payments are to be made in freely available United States dollars, including applicable taxes, and other charges such as government imposed surcharges which Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. may be required to pay or collect with respect to the sale or transportation of the Products, or the provision of Services. Payment is considered late when it is received after the due date, which may result in additional service charges. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a service charge on past due amounts of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month (or, if less, the maximum amount permitted by law). If the account is placed for collection, the undersigned agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection, including attorney’s fees and expenses.

Shipping Charges: Freight is FOB shipping point with title passing at that point. Unless you specify otherwise, we will always ship "best way." In some cases, shipping charges will not be added to your web order. Freight for large shipments of supplies or equipment or shipments overseas will be quoted seperately. A total of your item costs with actual shipping charges added will be provided when we confirm your order. Shipping charges will be based on actual freight charges and will be shipped “best way” unless otherwise specified by customer. No additional handling fees are added.

Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. Keep all containers and packing material for inspection. If, upon opening a shipment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 15 days of delivery or you will relinquish your right to make a claim. Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. reserves the right to repair a damaged product where applicable before replacement or credit is determined.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. and may be subject to a restocking charge. Please call or write for an authorization number. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition. We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit. They must be returned within 60 days of receiving them.

To insure you receive credit, you must include the following with each return: 1) Company name, address and purchase order number. 2) Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. shipping order number, date of invoice, and catalog number(s). 3) Absolute Scientific Products, Inc return authorization number and your reason for the return.

Miscellaneous: You may not cancel any order without Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. consent. The terms and conditions on the face of Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. invoices, if any, and as set forth herein shall constitute the contract between Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. and you and shall govern the sale of products. No other terms and conditions whatsoever shall be controlling unless Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. and you have entered into a formal written contract for specified terms covering the sale of such products. In such latter event, the terms and conditions of such formal written term contract shall govern. Clerical errors are subject to correction by Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. Any provision hereof which is contrary to law shall not invalidate any other provision hereof, and any provision required to be included herein by applicable law shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

Limited Warranty: Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. will replace, or at a customer's option credit customer's account the purchase price for, products that fail to meet the then current published manufacturer's specifications, provided such products are returned to Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. within 60 days after shipment. Absolute Scientific Products, Inc. will assist customer, at customer's sole expense, in obtaining any manufacturers' warranties applicable to products sold to customer consistent with the warranties obtained from such manufacturers by Absolute Scientific Products, Inc.

DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ABSOLUTE SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTS, INC., WHETHER STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ABSOLUTE SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. IS AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
